Lead Military Plaque

French lead equestrian plaque dated 1929. Lead plaques were often given out at country fairs and agricultural shows for livestock competitions. This one is rare as it dates from 1929 and is for an equestrian competition. The writing reads “SOCIETE HIPPIQUE FRANCAISE, CONCOURS DE NATES 1929, EPREUVE MILITAIRE DE DRESSAGE, 2E PRIX” “French Equestrian Society, Competition of Nantes 1929, Military Dressage Event, 2nd Prize”
